At birdroost.com we are committed to delivering the highest quality decorative birdhouses, bluebird houses, decorative bird feeder and squirrel proof bird feeders.  Our products are made of the finest eastern white pine wood and are made to last.  Our customer service is second to none and for any questions you can e-mail or phone and we will answer any questions you may have. We charge a flat rate of $7.85 for shipping. Our product are mailed within 48hrs of your order and are delivered by Fed Ex or UPS except to p.o. box in which case we use USPS. You can expect to receive your item(s) within 1-6 days depending on distance.  As for our return policy:

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please contact us for proper shipping address. After a return has been received, it may take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.
